We respond to e-mail several times a day.
To Make Reservations:

     To correctly match you to your horse we will need to have each riders:
  • first and last name
  • height
  • weight
  • age
  • riding experience.
We also need to know:
  • What trail you prefer
  • What time you would like to ride
  • If you would prefer a private ride or group ride
To hold the reservation:
  • Contact phone number
  • Credit card number 
Cancellation Policy

  •      We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, there is 48 hour cancellation policy for corporate group or larger parties. If you cancel your trail ride within 24 hour of your ride this may result in your credit card being charged for 50% of the ride total. Individual riders that cancel are also subject to the 50% charge if rider cancels within the 24 hours of the ride time, individual riders that do no show up for the ride are subject to 100% charge.
  •  If you do not show up for your ride or cancel your ride within 2 hours of you ride, your card will be charged for the for the full amount of the trail ride. 
  • If you need to cancel your ride after hours you are welcome to call Sarahbeth Vosburg on her cell phone which is listed above and on the answering machine on the main number.
Credit Cards
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard Logo
  • We do not accept American Express or Discover
  • A Convenience charge of 3% will be added to all credit card transaction
  • Gratuity for your guide can not be added on to a credit card transaction
